Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every MedPodLA order. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll help you with the next steps.

Returns
Unopened products may be requested for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email info@medpodla.com before sending anything back. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@medpodla.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact info@medpodla.com.
